Julia Child



Kate Myer is a Personal Chef and Event Planner. Chef Myer was born and raised in Fresno California, attended Culinary School in Orange County and has lived and worked in Los Angeles, Big Sur and San Luis Obispo.

She has previously been a Chef at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and was the Catering and Events Manager for the Broad Stage in Santa Monica. 


California's vibrant farming communities, incredible produce and ever expanding foods scenes are a constant source of inspiration for Chef Myer's cooking.

Her firm belief in honoring each ingredient and the various cultures that influence her food make her dishes special. Love of food, family and the earth are at the core of all she does. 


Chef Myer specializes in farm to table cuisine and has in depth experience cooking for clients who are vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerant, macrobiotic, paleo and have other food allergies and sensitivities. 

Whatever your dietary needs she will lovingly and respectfully create delicious and satisfying meals.
